COOKWARE
Each cook has his or her preference for the
particular cooking utensils that are most
appropriate for their specific food preparation.
Most cooking utensils are suitable for use on the
unit, and it is not necessary to replace your
domestic utensils with commercial cookware.
This is simply a matter of personal choice. As
with any cookware, yours should be in good
condition and free from excessive dents or build-
up on the bottom for maximum performance.
Professional cookware with a heavy cast iron or
aluminum bottom provides the most even and
efficient heat transfer to the food. Be careful when
using small saucepans to prevent the plastic
handles from being placed directly over the
burner flames.

In the event that the unit requires service, contact your dealer or distributor. In-warranty service must be
performed by an Authorized Service Agency. Replacement parts are available through your
distributor/dealer.
